Telemedicine

Access to telemedicine requires either a computer with camera/microphone or a smartphone. The system does not require you to create an account, save your information, download an app, or record any video.

Steps to Access Your Telemedicine Appointment

1. Call our office at least one hour in advance to pay your co-pay or associated fees over the phone. (775) 336-1256

2. Before your designated appointment time, log onto your provider’s doxy.me site:

   • For Dr. Thunder: doxy.me/drthunder

   • For Pearla McDonald: doxy.me/tpmpearla

3. When the welcome screen appears, type in your first and last name.

4. Your name will show up in our provider’s virtual waiting room and they will be with your shortly.
