FAQs

Can I use the Thunder Access Membership for my very first visit?

Yes! If you sign up for the membership before or at your first appointment, your initial $400 visit is reduced to $300 right away.

If you’d prefer to try us out first, you can pay the regular $400 for your first visit. Then, if you decide to join within 24 hours, we’ll retroactively apply the discount and credit you the $100 difference.

You get the flexibility to decide after experiencing our care – no pressure.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?​

No — just a 6-month commitment. After that, it’s month-to-month.

I have insurance. Can I still join?​

Yes! Membership perks apply to out-of-pocket services (like IV ketamine, TMS, therapy) and include scheduling + pharmacy benefits that all patients use.

What if I don’t use the membership enough?​

Some months you’ll save big (like on an infusion), others you’ll use the perks (calls, pharmacy support). Membership makes the most sense if you come in at least a few times per year.

Is this concierge medicine?

Not exactly. We’re not replacing your insurance — we’re adding affordable, priority access + real savings on the services that matter most.

Can Medicare patients join?​

Yes — especially valuable for services Medicare doesn’t cover (like ketamine). The membership adds convenience and priority access for all.

When will I be billed?​

All memberships are billed on the 1st of each month.

What happens if I join mid-month?

  • Join between the 1st–14th → First payment is due at sign-up, and then on the 1st of each month after.​
  • Join between the 15th–31st → You’ll get a free bonus period, and your first payment won’t be charged until the 1st of the next month.​

Do you prorate memberships?​

No, we keep billing simple — no partial charges. Patients who join in the second half of the month simply get a bonus period.

What about families?​

Each patient needs their own membership because discounts and perks apply per patient.
